Dr. Sebastian Hallensleben has built his consulting and facilitation skills in a variety of team leading, team building, technical leadership, and project management roles. Amongst others, he has worked for Ericsson, the telecommunications equipment manufacturer, Aspect Capital, a major systematic investment fund, and the German government.

Prior to his commercial career, Sebastian studied physics in Germany and the UK and published a number of papers in the field of optical sensor technology. He holds an MSc and a PhD from the University of Sussex.

To complement his skillset Sebastian collaborates with other professionals as required.
